You can also email us directly at [email protected]. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:

  • Your profile — name, email, username, profile photo, avatar, bio and customisations.
  • Your posts, uploaded photos, and event album photos.
  • Your chat messages, direct messages, and group chat messages.
  • Your social connections — followers, following, friend requests, and blocks.
  • Your notification history and push notification tokens.
  • Your sign-in identity (email/password and any linked Google or Apple sign-in).

What we keep, and for how long

We are legally required to retain certain records, so some data is kept after deletion in a form that is no longer linked to your profile:

  • Transaction and ticket records — order amounts, ticket types, and payment status are retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by UK law. These are de-identified from your profile.
  • Moderation reports you have filed may be retained in anonymised form.

All other personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
